Arthurs Point Woods is led by the Treespace Mt Dewar team that is undertaking a 1,770ha native reforestation and regeneration project above Arthurs Point Woods, that will also include 47 mountain homes and cabins, a lodge, over 50km of biking and hiking trails, backcountry and ecological experiences.

The Arthurs Point Woods settlement incorporates the same light-footed cabin typology as Treespace and will play a valuable role of creating an ecological corridor from the regenerating beech forest above to the village of Arthurs Point below.

We have chosen our cabins to showcase natural and predominantly local materials, and selected all-native plant species for the project to promote biodiversity and pay homage to our special place in the Southern Alps of New Zealand. And because mountain people are a diverse bunch, we have looked ahead to ensure that the future community has the choice to access infrastructure, technology, and the services of tomorrow.

We are grateful for the opportunity to present the Arthurs Point Woods settlement and hope you find value in what we do.
