A mountainside cabin community
Arthurs Point Woods is an experiment in modern alpine living with a focus on intelligent design, a vibrant community and connection with nature. Cabins will be made from natural materials that blend and borrow from the region, acknowledge the climate and are sized to respect the humbling surrounds.
Strategic planting of native trees, shrubs and wild grasses will grow alongside, acting as ecological islands for birdlife and a green corridor to the restoration and reforestation of Treespace on Mt Dewar above.
Combined with the option of high-speed data, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, peer-to-peer power sharing, and proximity to culture and commerce, this is your licence to live differently, together.
Less is more
The settlement has been intentionally developed to promote intelligent cabin design and alpine architecture through the natural constraints of sloping cabin-sized lots and a predetermined palette of enduring raw materials. And yes, fireplaces, hot tubs, saunas and vegetable planter boxes are encouraged.
A small selection of cabins developed by Arthurs Point Woods will offer an option for buyers or serve as inspiration for their own design.
